Off to NH Again

We are headed north tonight for on of my cousin’s wedding tomorrow.
The time away will be good, but the time away from the net will NOT be fun. There is too much going on right now so I’m sure I’ll be checking in as often as I can.
It’s nice that the heat wave broke last […]

C.C. & The Man Back Again

Ok, it is still monkey nuts hot here in Boston. I need to figure out AC in the office. It’s getting to the point where doing work at night is nearly impossible. You know it’s bad when an ice cold Corona doesn’t even help!
Dan came over last night which kicked ass! We got to do […]

Date Night

Had a great date last night. We went to Artu in the North End for dinner. Had a nice big bottle of wine and some great food. Then we walked over to Cafe Victoria for dessert and coffee. Laura had never been there before so that was fun.
We hopped a cab and ran over to […]

Harvard Was Fun

Spoke at Harvard last night. If your curious the notes are right here from the chat.
It was so nice to hang out with such a diverse and talented group of people from around the Boston area. My energy level gets so high after something like this and of course my mind is going a mile […]

The Painting is Done

After many HOT hours painting in the kids rooms they are done.

Emily’s room went from a sky blue to the pink and purple you now see. We are especially psyched about the butterfly border we put in the middle. She’ll love it.

Dylans use to be this weird ass blue and green sponge pattern. Easiest way […]

My Little Princess

Finally popped the flash card from the camera into the computer today and saw the pictures from camping.

This picture of Emily really gave me a case of the “miss yous.” My little girl is growing up so fast and I really wonder what she is thinking about.
Her and I sat on this bench for a […]

Great Day

Had a GREAT day in Newport, RI yesterday. Since it was the middle of the week there were not a whole lot of people around. I can’t imagine being there on the weekend with floods of people. It was hot, but we walked around a bunch. Laura bought this beautiful sun dress in a Tibet […]

More Press

Why do people keep quoting me about quitting my job?
First the Boston AP does it and now InternetWeek does it.
Crazy stuff.

Almost Done Painting

The kids rooms are almost done from a painting perspective. One more coat on the top color each and then we get to have the fun of borders. I’m really not looking forward to hanging those up. I have a feeling they are going to be a headache to do, but they will make the […]

Busy, Productive and Random

What a whirlwind of a weekend. It’s been completely insane but all good.
The kids are gone for the week so it’s just Laura and I. You’d think we be out having a blast and doing fun filled adult things right? Nope, we are sweating our asses off painting the kids rooms.
The kids don’t know it […]

Total Mind Fuck

For those of you in the MTV generation like me you should head over here and listen to me and Adam Curry co-hosting his podcast.
Very surreal listening to that.

Podsafe Music Network

What I’ve been working on for months and haven’t been able to talk about is finally live and I’m one proud papa!!

The whole goal of this network is to make it easier for an artist to submit their music to this one site and have ANY podcaster who wants to play it to know that […]

Ahhh…That is what I needed.

Can I tell you how needed this little extended weekend get away was? I knew I needed it, but now being back it’s really drilled home just how bad I needed it.
I was getting really bogged down in the amount of stuff I have going on last week and was getting a bit burned hard […]

More Press & On Vacation

Off to York, Maine for the weekend and when I’m there I’m going to have to grab a copy of the Portland Phoenix.

Read this cool article in which they interviewed Mitch Alden of Now is Now about Podcasting.

Mitch, Dan & I

Such an amazingly great night tonight.
Mitch from Now is Now came down and Dan came over as well. It was perfect.
After dinner outside with cold beers, burgers and dogs Mitch took a request from Dylan and played a song. He played Painbox on my back deck to the kids and then played “C is for […]
