You know it’s going to be an interesting day when your walking through the airport and spot Jeff Veen on his way to catch a plane. Then while waiting in baggage claim my phone rings and it’s Chris from Podcast Alley!!

We grabbed a quick bite to eat and then flew over to the Podshow offices. Cool little temp place where I finally got to give Sue9000 a huge old hug. Damn it was cool to meet her.

THEN I got to the hotel and was told I couldn’t check in till after 3:00 and here it was noon. Blargh! So I checked my suitcase and grabbed a cab over to Mike’s house. We hit the streets. Went to Amoeba Records, ate a damn good burrito and hit the Apple Store. And of course I snapped this picture on my phone just to be goofs and because my camera was in my suitcase!

Then as if all that wasn’t enough Mike suddenly swings us into a random store and he introduces me to this guy. He says “Hey this is my buddy C.C. Chapman”

The guy got this look on his face as he shakes my hand and says “I love Accident Hash.” Totally made my fucking day. THEN I find out that this guy is the drummer in the band Maypole who fucking totally kick ass!!!

Needless to say this trip has already been great and if everything else goes to shit it won’t matter because this one day was worth it.

In the office tomorrow morning. That should be interesting.
