Best Buy, you blew it.

It’s Black Friday here in the states which means that all the maniacs will be at the stores early today to get some crazy prices on stuff. Me? I just go online to see if there is anything good.

I need to get a new internal hard drive for the computer. Just need more space since the external I bought has turned into a total backup machine.

Staples has an insane deal on a drive, but before I bought it I figured I’d swing by Best Buy since I like buying from them. Get this though, their site has a message saying “sorry but online ordering is currently not working.”

I laughed out loud. How can you have infrastructure that doesn’t work on a day like today. They are losing tons of money every minute they are down. Now, I know things go wrong. I worked in IT for years, but come on. Someone that big should have backup systems and all that jazz. What idiots!!!

Quiet day here as Laura is at work and the kids are at school. Not sure what I’m going to do. Seems i woke up with “pink eye” so that sort of fucked my plans all up. I was suppose to see The Candy Butchers tonight but I’m not going to go and spread this around to everyone in the club. It sucks though because Mike and I were going to have dinner before hand. Grrr….
