HUGE new project at work just kicked off. I’m jazzed about it on so many levels. It’s a 12-18 month process that will be a great opportunity for me personally but also for the school. It’s going to take time away from everything else in my life, but damn is it going to be a lot of fun. It’s that mix of “hell yeah!” and “oh shit!” all together.

Last night I got in the mail a new SD card for my camera. I had been looking to get a 1 GB one in the near future but kept waiting for a good deal. Last week Amazon came up with a SanDisk 2 GB one for $88. How could I pass that up? Got it yesterday and popped it in the camera. I’m still smiling.

Seattle is just around the corner. Every day something new comes up that makes me more psyched to get out there. Bands are signing up to perform, the speaker list is getting longer and longer. Everything is falling into place perfectly. And the relaxed vibe for the presentation is so refreshing because I don’t have to do as much prep as usual. It’s all mental prep and not powerpoint prep. That’s refreshing!

I’ve got to find some time to do some web stuff that has been on the backfire for ever. It’s LONG overdue so we’ll see if when the blizzard is happening this weekend I can get any of it done. In between the cleaning of course. This place is a pit! *grin*

Ok, time to fire up the car and get the day underway.
