The Podcast Hotel is officially over.

Last night was another great night of music and meeting. So many new faces at the beginning of the week that now feel like friends. So many new shows and ideas that when I get back I need to check out, listen to and collaborate with.

3 am chats in the lobby of the Hotel Max with Samantha Murphy and Paul Anthony make for good memories and solid foundations to build upon. Chatting about podsafe music with Robert Scoble and making sure he got a copy of the bill CD. Getting a big old hug from Blyme and just shooting the breeze. Finding out that there are so many more levels to Cathy Wang then just a smiling face who takes great photos. THAT is the stuff that makes The Podcast Hotel so damn special and August can’t come fast enough.

Eric Rice said “And so, the game begins.” I’m not so sure it’s only one game and that is what is most exciting.

I’ve got a red eye flight out tonight so I’ve got the day in Seattle. Not sure what is going on yet, but I’m going to take it in stride.

Can’t wait to get home and see the kids. Talked to them this morning and can’t wait.
