I just got off the phone with David McMillin. I’m still grinning from ear to ear.

Sure, it was labeled as an interview, but it was so much more like a chat then anything else and that is what was great about it. We have yet to meet up in real life yet, but I’ve been a fan of his music and we exchange e-mails from time to time.

Highlight was him answering the age old question “5 people dead alive and you get to have dinner together. Who do you invite?” You’ll get to hear the answer as soon as I assemble the interview, but it’s a dinner that I’d want to go to and he said I could come!

Also found out he’s not that far from Nashville. If could pull off him coming down there when I’m down visiting I’ll consider myself one big happy camper.

David’s new CD “Outlast the Day” comes out on November 14th and trust me that it’s solid from start to finish. I’ve been listening to it almost non stop for the past few days.
