Pre-Turkey Day

I don’t know what that day means in your world, but in mine it means cooking pie and a turkey cooking podcast. Both will be done later and are on my to-do list.

Between yesterday and early this morning after dropping off the kids I’ve got everything I need. Making a chocolate cream, a pumpkin, an apple, a cherry and a chocolate/peanut butter chip tollhouse cookie pies. Yes that is more then enough for just the 4 of us but that is what was asked for and it’s cold enough that they will keep on the porch.

Right now I’m working on a virtual tour application in Second Life for a tour I’m giving next week and I’ve got a document I need to write up for it as well. Making progress which makes me happy.

It’s going to be a very busy day and tomorrow it’s up early to start the cooking, watching the parade and tons of football.

Wine! I can’t forget that I need to buy some today! *laugh*

I also have the coolness of getting to go to daycare today to take part in the “feast” that they are having there. The kids are excited that I can actually make it this year. Nothing like rubber chicken and canned corn to make for a “yummy” lunch.
