Sure, most people refer to the day after Thanksgiving as “black Friday” but around our house it’s just “lazy Friday” this year. Laura is working so it’s me and the kids. We are being goofballs, leaving on our PJs and just having a good time. Right now they are enjoying some of the gigantic gummi candy we brough back from London. A snake for Dylan and a dolphin for Emily.

As you can see here I’m being lazy too. I’m thinking since I don’t have any public speaking engagement in the near future that I just might let it grow to see what happens. I’ve never done it before and right now seems like as good a time as any right? Plus with the lack of speed that my facial hair grows it’ll take weeks to get to a point where it doesn’t totally annoy me.
Big opening of the Virtual U-Turn Cafe tomorrow night. If your around in Second Life swing on by the Dirty sim to say hi. I’m just looking forward to hearing Uncle Seth live again more then anything else!

I’m still a bit bummed that I once again ran into builder problems and the cafe is not at the point that I wanted it to be for this launch. Don’t get me wrong Britney Mason kicked ass to get it to the point that it is and I can’t thank her enough for all the help, but I have a feeling that the cafe is going to look quite different by the end of the year so stay tuned.

I need to do something a little productive even though I’m not feeling it. Had a great conversation with Julien a few moments ago. What he is working on right now is truly inspiring and he just launched a new photo blog which of course I subscribed to instantly.

I won’t go to the stores on a day like today, but that didn’t keep me from shopping online.
