Kevin Smith Rocking the Playlist

As if I needed another reason to worship at the altar of Kevin Smith, he posts his non accepted iTunes play list because his descriptions were too long.

If you have an appreciation for music or Kevin Smith this make for an interesting read because it’s all over the map and some great selections in there.

On top of all of that what does he do? He drops “The Morning Paper” from Prince as one of the tracks. Not one that many people appreciate and I’ve always loved it so it made me smile even bigger.

Now if my Clerks II DVD would just arrive I’d be even happier!

I’ve turned Kevin’s playlist into a XSPF file and setup a playable version of it for all to enjoy - you can check it out here at: http://openvision.tv/blog/?p=102

    Cheers,

The fact he’s got Silk’s “Freak Me” in there is hilarious… the story behind introducing it to his wife is great. :)

“Let me lick up and down til you say stop
Let me play with yo body baby, make you real hot
Let me do all the things you want me to do
Cuz tonight baby… I wanna get FREAKY WIT YOU”
