I firmly believe that we ALL should be volunteering, donating or whatever we can to help out our fellow humans on this earth. Most of us don’t realize just how fortunite we are until something bad happens in our world. I’ve always believed, and have passed onto my children that we donate what we can.

So, when I got an e-mail asking if I’d be willing to do a “celebrity reading” (their words not mine) for the Missing Alert Podcast I instantly did it.

This is a podcast that when I met the creator I told him point blank “I really hope you have to stop doing this someday” and he completely understood what I meant. His podcast is nothing but the reading of missing children reports from around the country. I just added a widget to my sidebar here on the site and encourage you to as well.

Just flipping through some of the reports left a pit in my stomach. You don’t realize just how many kids are out there somewhere and their parents don’t know where they are. That freaks me out to think about it. Even the phone number to call in sightings sort of freaked me out. It’s 1-800-THE-LOST.
