Well done NBC! They’ve figured out how to use YouTube to their advantage. To embrace the fact that their videos are going to get up there anyways, so why not make them better.

Last night’s episode of Scrubs was a classic. “My Musical” is an episode that if you missed it, you need to see it. I liked it so much I bought the episode off of iTunes. One of the highlights for me was a song called Guy Love that just had me laughing. Well, NBC took it and turned it into a music video complete with studio shots and perfect other scenes and put it up on YouTube. Watch it below

I wish more networks and companies saw the fact that new media is not going away. Figure out a way to make it work for you.
