Fruit Flavored C.C.

I did it. Yesterday I ordered a MacBook Pro. If you want the details read this and you’ll hear the whole story and read all the details.

Of course the geek in me is now itching to have it and to start playing, learning and getting it set up. Thankfully Chris Penn posted a few months back the software I need to have. If he uses it, I’m going to definitely check it out.

This is going to be a shift for sure. I’m addicted to my IBM touch pad and Macs don’t have those. It’ll be interesting to see the frustrations and excitement that I know will be coming.

Yaaaaay! I’m so proud of you! I’m assuming, of course, that by “touch pad” you mean “clit mouse”, ’cause Macs were (I believe) the first laptops to have a touch pad back in the day. Even my old PowerBook 1400cs had a touch pad.

Any time you need pointers and don’t want to hit the Genius Bar, drop me a line!

Woohoo! I am happy you have made the choice! You have seen the light!

As for adjusting to your new platform it shouldn’t been too much of a problem. I hope you are tuning into The Mac Cast “http://www.maccast.com/” and the ilife Zone “http://ilifezone.com/” podcasts for your weekly fix on mac related information.
