Somewhere Over the Rainbow
Anyone who knows me REALLY well knows that I think two of the most beautiful songs ever written are Amazing Grace and Somewhere Over the Rainbow without question. So when I saw this post video moments ago on Yes But No But Yes I was totally stopped and had to post it here.
And I’ve got to find out who this female judge is. I know nothing about her except from the few clips from this show that I’ve seen, but she is gorgeous!

It’s Amanda Holden, a British actress. Details on the programme’s website http://talent.itv.com/

Very cool. A favorite song of mine too… favorite movie as well… and I still do a mean rendition of KING OF THE FOREST which I remember word for word from when I played the Cowardly Lion in a Children’s Theatre Troupe at age 10… The female judge also was put to tears during the Paul Potts Opera singing… BRITAIN’S GOT TALENT… and hot, weepy judges!

oh and I’m with you on Amanda Holden as well. I loved her responses to this and the opera guy.

This is a great clip; what a beautiful song. Have you hear Eva Cassidy’s version? It may be one of the most amazing pieces of music ever.

Cool, with her and the Paul Potts, Britain certainly got talent. Personally, I prefer the Hawaiian version, the one that segues into What a wonderful world and back. You know that one?
