Zoom H2 Audio Recording Test

Enough of you asked so I just did a really quick recording on the back deck. No post production. Opened it up in Audacity and did a Save as MP3.

Listen here.

Somewhere between a Twitter and a Brain Slurpee. Typical random thoughts straight from the brain.

Decided against ranting about how my plane seems to be the only one that didn’t go to Chicago today. Blargh.

This unit has been on my radar and I am glad it is now shipping. Sounds great. Curious..I know you said it was on the table..but how far away would you estimate you were to the mic?

The H4 apparently started to squeal as the batteries went lower. The Edirol R09 chews through batteries; a set barely lasts a 3-hour gig. Anxious to know whether the H2 has these problems sorted.
