Something that was needed to be done for a long time. I'm sore from the experience, but the wife is happy. Being offline helps you to not take it for granted and appreciate it more. I love my white board, and so does Virginia. Sometimes I get cute little drawings along side my notes. Helps keep it all in perspective, you know. Is it listed on MLS? If you are trying to sell it without a Realtor, have you visited Realtor offices with fliers (I know, how non-techy!) Do you have the house staged? With the slowing of the market right now, all the little things help to add up to a great home sale. Some things I might ask about the house:

Grats again on your 11th. I think I may actually need to unplug today. My dog accidently smashed my nose while we were playing this weekend and I have a cold also. I took some form of tylenol mashup, and I think I may be a bit stoned. I saw that this post was up on Twitter, so I came over, then zoned out. I saw the pic in the post and thought, That looks like C.C.'s son, then zoned out again. I then actually started to read the post and realized, yeah, I'm on C.C.'s site, thus that is his son. I then zoned again for a bit. Can anybody say Twilight Zone? I now seem to have regained my mind, at least for a while, but I still think a nap would do me good.
