I am going to gamble again this year and see what happen. Next year is the switch to a Bosch tank less water heater and new windows. Maybe even propane conversion from oil. I hear that several small dealers in the area that sold fixed price contracts are in danger of bankruptcy because they did not expect or plan for the price increases.
