Hash and Eggs

I’m a BIG fan of corned beef hash and eggs. Sure, out of a can is fine, but whenever I find out that it is homemade on a menu I have to get it. Lou’s in Hanover, NH is the best I’ve ever found. I don’t get to go there that often, but it is right up the road from my parents. I made a promise to myself that I’d get up there this weekend and we did. Laura’s parents and the kids came along as well. I didn’t even need to look at the menu of course. I knew what I wanted and you can see I got it. MMmmmmmm

Looks good. Maybe next time we get together for a meal it should be there! :)

OK, that looks pretty good. Also looks like a fun resturant. I may have to check that out if I ever get up near Boston. I am a world famous hash snob.

Well this is located in Hanover, NH and I highly recommend it. I LOVE hash and look for it everywhere I go and this is the best I’ve found so far.

Now that’s no Accident Hash - that’s completely intentional. LOVE hash & eggs for breakfast out. I’m so glad we’ve been able to team up on the diner blog & I look forward to many down-home meals with you, my friend.

    Lou’s rocks!
I spent 4 years in Hanover, and frequented Lou’s often!

Now I wish I had gone to Lou’s when I was in Hanover on Wednesday instead of the place I ended up at!

My mom used to make corned beef hash from scratch in the “old days” using one of these…

Dang it! I tried to include a apicture of what I was talking about in my last comment. Looks like it didn’t work. It was a picture of an old fashioned hand cranked meat grinder that you can clamp onto a table edge.
