Baltimore Meetup

Next week is a big travel week for me. It will really put me to the test on if this whole concept of being a new media nomad works for me or not.

I’m taking the Acela to Baltimore so that I can get more work done then I would on a flight. Plus, I dig the train so it should be a lot of fun. Well maybe not fun, but better then a flight for sure in my mind.

Tuesday night the great folks at Blue Sky Factory are helping organize a meetup in Baltimore. If you are around please RSVP here so that we can be sure whatever restaurant we end up at has room for us. Is this a geek dinner? A Tweetup/Meetup? Who knows. It is just a bunch of people getting together for dinner in my mind. I can’t wait. I’ve got a craving for a Baltimore crab cake in a big way!

Then after speaking in Baltimore I get to jump on a plane over to Nashville. Speaking at Vanderbilt one day and then giving the opening keynote at PodCamp Nashville. Going to be great to see my sisters and all the friends I have there. Can’t wait.

A busy, hectic week ahead. Should be interesting.

See you next Saturday! I can’t believe it’s already 1 week away. Oh, and on a side note, we have over 250 people registered to attend. 267 people to be exact.

Safe travels on your planes, trains and automobiles.
