C.C.,
It was great meeting you at Podcamp Nashville.

I don't mean to be overly critical of Podcamp Nashville, because I think from an organizational and promotional perspective they did a great job with it. The organizers are nice, competent people who I'm sure will put on a great event next year if they choose to take it on again. I met some cool people in Nashville.

But I think the single track format was not conducive to conversation, and the venue was not set up in a way that made fixing that with the law of two feet a practical option. Other than the one area with booths in the back, there wasn't really anywhere for people to go.

I hope they (or whoever organizes the event next year) will change the format next time out and offer several concurrent tracks, breakout rooms and spaces for people to chat amongst themselves.
