As I guy who for a good while rode the “Staten Island Rapid Transit” train every day…. I love that picture. I love trains. The view from a train is different than you get anywhere else. You see wilderness no one else sees…. and you see civilization no one else sees. I used to love seeing thousands of backyards. It’s one of the things that makes me sometimes wish I lived in Europe. The rail systems are awesome there.

I agree fully with you P-Dub.
This is another reason why recently I took the train down to Baltimore instead of flying. You see things other people don’t.
Some of my favorite parts of the trip to NYC is watching the sun rise off the RI coast and pulling into NYC and looking down onto all the apartment buildings. Great stuff.

At least you were on Amtrak… I live in Stamford and Take MetroNorth to get to any clients I need to face to face.. Or Not much choice when you can’t drive. MetroNorth sucks so bad there are no words…
