Well, I have grilled twice a week at least through the winter up here in New Hampshire. Suggestion for you if you like grilling food all year round. To keep you from having to shovel your deck, put the grill in the garage for the winter and pull it out after tje plow or snowblower clears your driveway. mmmmmmmmmmmmm pork chops!
A fine day to whip out the grill. A little warmer here in KC, but also the first grilling of the year. I hope to fire up the smoker for some barbecue ribs this weekend.
I had downloaded one barbecue podcast, BBQ Central last year, but never got around to listening to it. http://www.BBQ-4-u.com
There are several in iTunes.
Of course, with so many barbecue experts here in KC, it’s pretty easy to find good advice.
