Letter writing is definitly something that is riding off into the sunset. I still manage to write one letter a month...to my grandmother.

C.C., Great post... I, too, enjoy Sunday morning rituals and reading the morning paper. And, like you and Chris, I do miss much about letter writing (I recently wrote something about "handwriting" that is similar: http://www.disruptiveconversations.com/2008/04/is-cursive-hand.html ) How *do* we hold on to the old while moving forward with the new? Good questions...
