A Brand New Day
While I’d love to just unplug for the day to party and celebrate, the honest truth is I have a lot of work today so I can’t completely share my thoughts on how I feel about Obama winning the election at this moment in time.

As a writer, I’ve been struggling for the past 10+ hours to compose my thoughts mentally in order to share them on paper/blog/twitter/email.
It’s tough.
Watching and weeping during Obama’s acceptance speech and well-orchestrated - almost West Wing-esque - time on stage gave me chills in a great way.
The speech was written perfectly. The cadence ideal. The delivery precise.
As you can tell from this disjointed ramble, my thoughts are still jumping around like crazy. In the coming days and weeks I’m sure I’ll be able to put my emotions and thoughts into words.
Gonna go now and listen to AH. I’m a musically inept human, but I appreciate how well music can sometimes capture a feeling better than the written word.
I look forward to reading your missives about last night, today and the future.
