We are climbing to 36,000 feet out of the snowstorm that is Boston. I’m on my way to San Francisco for a book event and while waiting for deicing and whatever else held us up from leaving I read Hugh MacLeod’s new boom Evil Plans: Having Fun on the Road to World Domination.
